How Turnkey works
One lever, one escrow, three clocks. The program holds the money; the studio does the work.
Order life
- Pull the lever. You fill the work ticket (name, ticker, idea, vibe, site name) and pay the price in $TURNKEY. The studio stores your brief first, then your order lands on chain with the brief's hash.
- In line. The studio takes orders first in, first out, within 6 h. You can cancel for a full refund until then.
- On the bench. Once taken, the delivery clock runs: 90 min. The crew makes 3 logos, 2 banners, the landing, the lore, the X setup (avatar, header, bio, pinned) and your first 10 posts.
- Review. You see watermarked previews and chat with the studio. You have 72 h to accept, ask for a round, or reject.
- Rounds. 3 rounds are included. Each comes back within 2 h. Up to 5 extra rounds at 100,000 $TURNKEY each.
- Done. Accept (or let the review window run out): the fee burns, the full kit unlocks as a download, and your site goes live at /s/your-name/.

Late refunds and expired reviews can be pushed by anyone, so nothing waits on the studio. A refund that cannot reach your usual token account parks; you claim it from My orders. Turnkey takes no cut of your coin and never touches pump.fun: you launch and keep 100%.

Every order keeps the terms it was placed with. New terms reach only future orders, after a 24 h timelock.
Trust points
- Escrow. Each order has its own token account owned by the program. Tokens leave it only by burn or by a refund to the dev's own account.
- The studio key can take, deliver and decline. A stolen key could only post junk deliveries; a watcher compares every delivery with the studio's journal and a guardian key revokes it at once. Clocks keep running after a revoke, so open orders refund.
- Admin can pause new orders, change future terms (24 h) and rotate roles (3 days). The pay token is set once and then frozen. There is no path to any escrow.
- Off chain: the quality of the work, the previews, the chat and the hosting are the studio's. The program enforces the money and the clocks.
